FARINGDON PEACE GROUP is a non-party-political group. We try to develop awareness and encourage open discussion on issues of peace in our world. Where appropriate we also organise or take part in direct action events. We meet regularly on the first Wednesday of every month at 8.00pm in the Friends’ Meeting House, Lechlade Road, Faringdon (opposite the Duke of Wellington).

At most meetings we have guest speakers. Everyone is welcome to attend, and meeting topics are publicised in the monthly “What’s On”, on the displayed posters around the town, under Diary Dates here on the website, and also in the quarterly Peace Group Newsletter.

If you want to help in publicising the next Speaker Meeting, you can also print out a poster yourself (under Diary Dates ) and stick it up in a prominent place!
